Refund policy

In order to process a return or an exchange, please contact us for a return authorization.

We do not accept returns and exchanges. The items must be received in new, unused condition and make sure to make a video while unwrapping the product for claiming the offer of omly exchange in vase of size issue.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We offer easy exchanges on all orders. No return accepted.

To complete an exchange, place your return/replace request, once the request is placed you will need to arrange a pick up for the product and send it to us and issue a replacement with the correct product once the damaged product is picked up by your logistics partner. This entire process should take around 5-6 working days.

No REFUNDS

INVALID REASONS

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Classy Fashion Fluence. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order. Please mail us first for our existing and new collection before making payment, no refund will be provided later on if not asked before making payment, since our stock doesn't last long and goes out of stock in few weeks. Make sure for any refund you need to contact us asking if the stock is available or not before making any payment on our website.

CANCELLATIONS 

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If the order has already shipped, we would be unable to stop the package.
